Control has been constantly among the fundamental principles and responsibilities of the managers and commanders, which has close relationship with other principles and responsibilities of management. The present applied descriptive survey aims at studying the current and new methods, effective in control system over public business buildings from the experts' viewpoint and their priorities. The data was gathered from a self-made questionnaire (a=0.917) from experts working for I.R.I police in professional police ranks (public places) (N=50). To analyze the data single-sample t-test, independent binomial test and variance analysis, frequency tables and frequency percentage was used through applying SPSS. The results are as follows: 1. Prevailing methods (ruling and being implemented) at present are effective largely in control system over public places. 2. New methods (suggested methods in addition to the current ones) which range between average and high extent are effective in control system over public places.3. Both current and new methods taken into account as constituents of the effective methods and applying them while considering priority will be effective.

Purpose: The purpose of research is to observe the influence of public trust on accepting KBOs. The implementation method of the research is descriptive (non-experimental) and with correlation analysis model formed by structural equations used the least minor squares. Methodology: The participants of the survey were consumers of KBO services. According to Cochran formula for unspecified society, 384 individuals were chosen as statistical sample selected totally random. From 384 questionnaires distributed, 370 were answered and 14 others were discarded due to many unanswered questions. In due course 370 questionnaires were processed. To measure social trust, Safarinia and Sharif questionnaires were used. (1389). due to receptivity of knowledgebased organizations, researcher-made questionnaire were utilized. this questionnaire contains 5 elements which composed based on available questionnaire. We realized there is a meaningful and significant relation between KBO admission and all aspects of social trust. the influence of social trust on KBO’ S admission was positive and meaningful. The influence of social trust on KBO’ s admission is positive and meaningful. Findings: According to the results, 72% Variance model in knowledgebased organizations admission were indicated by Research model. Therefore, we realized strengthening social trust will bring acceptance to KBO’ s presence. Discussion: In this regard, managers and officials in KBOs must concentrate on gaining and obtaining social trust in case of adequate social acceptance.

At present, community participation has been emphasized as a strategy for social sustainable development. In safety sphere, participation is an inevitable necessity. In work scale, it has begun and compelled various projects about participatory policing and it has gained good results. In fact, police organization has been changed from centralize and governmental to community-based and decentralized force. In Iran, projects like neighborhood guard, police helper, safety services and etc. are samples of community policing strategy. The emphasis of this article is on necessity and possibility of community policing in Iran.

Understanding the features of knowledge-oriented organizations can be the first step to planning a knowledge-oriented policing system. Improving the learning and teaching ability, mobility of knowledge, futurism in police, and such management prerequisites as changing the management culture to the knowing culture and changing police management to police leadership are among the requirements of planning a knowledge-oriented policing. This paper tries to portrait an image of knowledge-oriented organizations and elaborate on such issues ad structural and personnel attributes of these organizations.

Making different approaches like community policing, problem-oriented and hot spots policing can be declared as positive stages in observing order and more accurate security. While perhaps there isn’t research and proper scientific reasons and objects about the special effect of these approaches in all dimensions of order and security and prevention from crime. But with advent of these approaches made a kind of tention public and organizational about them. So applying they become global as some kind of organization innovation. Perhaps this is because of this belief that approaches and traditional policing have not got sufficient effect in observing order and security. In another word in crime prevention.(bayley,1994.Gattfredson and Hirschi,1990) but a question comes to mind that without complete study, may all dimensions of approaches and patterns of traditional police in crime and prevention failed And only with applying the new approaches and patterns of policing omit the functions of previous patterns? The purpose of present article is classifying these patterns from two dimensions: focus rate of crime prevention and varieties of performances in crime prevention addition to declaration and explanation of traditional and new policing models and their senses And then whit analyzing the applied research results address to proof of efficiency or inefficiency of these models and their senses in crime prevention and finally it allows the analyzing the efficiency rate of different policing models.

Background and Aim: this research was performed to investigate factors affecting the commercialization of research results in knowledge-based companies using a descriptive survey. Method: this was a descriptive survey and since it defines the relations between variables, it is correlational. To collect the required research data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. This questionnaire includes 39 questions in 8 dimensions (individual, organizational, environmental-organizational, cultural-social, legal, economic, political and industrial factors) and 5 questions related to commercialization. The statistical population of this research includes 970 of the CEOs of knowledge-based companies based in the Science and Technology parks of six major cities of Iran and the sample size was determined to be 275 based on Cochran's formula. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS-20 and Amos-20 software. Results: the results from this research showed that all the 8 factors significantly predict success in the commercialization of research results; but the results from the simultaneous investigation of the role of predictive variables in the commercialization of research results showed that the following items have the most significant roles in the commercialization of research results: legal (β =056, p<0. 05), industrial (β =0. 28, p<0. 05), organizational (β =0. 23, p<0. 05), individual (β =0. 13, p<0. 05), and economic (β =0. 12, p<0. 05). Conclusion: based on the results, in order to invest in the development of the infrastructures of the commercialization of research results, the greatest amount of focus must be placed on legal, industrial, organizational and ultimately economic factors respectively because the development and revision of these factors will indirectly affect the other factors.
